Andrew is a seasoned executive with over 31 years of experience in professional B2B sales and for the last 18+ years in leadership roles within the uniform manufacturing and distribution industry. He has built and scaled national programs, developed new brands, and launched new growth divisions at companies such as Arrow Uniform, A+ Career Apparel, and Galls. With expertise in sales strategy, customer experience, and building high-performing teams, Andrew is passionate about creating lasting value and positioning Signature Imagewear as a national leader in uniform and corporate identity industry.
Beyond his professional career, Andrew is a native of NW Ohio and a dedicated family man, married to his soulmate since 2001, and proud of his independent son who is carving his own career path. A lifelong athlete and former national powerlifting competitor, he enjoys weightlifting, golf, hiking, and cheering on his Michigan Wolverines. He has also served on multiple nonprofit boards, including Junior Achievement of NW Ohio, and remains active in his community.
