My industry history goes back to the days of catalog “racks” and mailing camera-ready art to vendors for orders. The telephone was our communication lifeline then.
Fast forward to 2025 with stops along the way – learning the ropes, changing from a file clerk to a CSR (secretary in those days), 16 years as a business owner, a brief retirement and then a new life at The Identity Source in my true love – sales.
The industry has changed with the new technology available to us. It makes us more responsive to our clients’ needs – everything moves faster, so we must as well.
